The beds in this hotel were absolutely amazing - so comfy and cozy! We also loved the pool area, perfect for lounging and relaxing. The breakfast, although a bit pricey, was delicious and a great way to start the day. The hotel's convenient access to trains and buses made exploring the area a breeze. And, let's not forget the nearby eateries, they offered a wide range of options from breakfast through to dinner. a fantastic stay with all the amenities we needed for a memorable trip.

A kettle, a terrace, and a balcony in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Very very good breakfasts, with juices, jams and coffee machine. Location short walk to Promenade des Anglais, the Musee Matisse and Matisse's chapel at Vence and garden. Helpful services, the private parking was available on site.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel for a few days. The pool was a great retreat from the heat and the gardens were peaceful. Our room, number 14, had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the pool. The bed was very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. The staff, especially a young lad, were friendly and helpful. The car park was also a great advantage.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff are friendly and, despite being in the centre of town,it is very peaceful. It is lovely to be able to have breakfast sitting in the garden surrounded by orange and lemon trees.

The room was clean, and the hotel staff was also friendly. Parking lot fully-equipped was my selection point, and I made correct choice.
No lift for upstairs.

The room was fancy and neat with a pleasant view of the garden and pool. the beds were extremely comfy. - the location is incredible and particularly good in Nice, close to local sites like the Musee Matisse and Matisse's chapel in Vence, as well as the Old Town. - It's also a short distance to the big shopping centre.

Situation and free parking in the hearth of Nice. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.
The bathroom and certain areas of the hotel should be updated, but it's no problem after all. A little of dust in certain areas of our room was found.

We loved the clean and comfortable suite on the ground floor. the balcony, although initially shared, provided a nice space to relax. the hotel's quiet location next to a bus stop was perfect for easily reaching the Acropolis. the swimming pool had a relaxed atmosphere, allowing us to enjoy without feeling rushed.
Felt very relaxed, no complaints.

The owner of the place was really kind and very caring. The service she provided was excellent and she had always a smile on her face. The place was really quiet and well situated. 10 mns from the beach, town centre, train station etc. It was most enjoyable to be served breakfast in the garden. I enjoyed my short stay there and recommend this hotel.

This is a charming old estate turned small hotel in the heart of Nice within easy waling distance to everything. It is behind gates, away from the street noise and has lovely gardens, patio and, with some rooms, balconies. The owner/manager Rita, is fantastic and her staff is wonderful. It feels like home to us having now boarded there on two vacations. If you can, take a room with a balcony and have breakfast brought to your room. I highly recommend Armenoville. This is a great place for the money and and truly feels like Europe.
